Beautiful as well as practical, this scooter seat cover can withstand even the most harsh weather conditions with ease.
You may add a separate matching passenger strap for this seat cover by checking the option above. If you do order the strap, it will not be attached to the seat cover, you will need to screw the strap in to the plastic frame underneath your seat. The strap is not necessary, but it is a cool vintage look.
